Limited Edition 20th Century Delft Plate

Large decorative porcelain plate in Delft blue on white, based on a painting by Dutch artist Isaac van Ostade (1621-1649), titled A Winter Scene, which depicts villagers traversing a frozen canal. The original painting currently hangs at the National Gallery in London. Finished with a traditional Delft floral border. Limited edition plate is #198 of 5,000 released. Hanging wire on reverse. Dated to the late 20th century. Good condition, minor imperfections, no chips or cracks.
